Everything is new at the Museum of Industrial Culture Nuremberg. The popular permanent exhibition is being expanded and modernized as part of the extensive renovation of the building.

The exciting history of the industrial metropolis can be experienced on around 3400 square meters of exhibition space. The exhibition inspires visitors with its unique collection of legendary industrial history exhibits. Personal stories are at the heart of the exhibition and provide insights into the everyday culture and working life of the past 200 years.  

The new permanent exhibition will bring the unique charm of the historic museum building, a listed industrial hall, to life. It will build a bridge between the historical and nostalgic heritage of the building and a contemporary staging. The museum is expected to open at the end of 2026.
