We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the field of project management for our Berlin office.
To help carry out various projects, we are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to join our Berlin office starting November 1, 2026, on an hourly basis (15–20 hours per week) who is passionate about events.
Your responsibilities:
You have a knack for technology and are interested in sustainable event management and digital event solutions.
Research, organization of in-person and hybrid events for the Federal Ministry for the Environment, data maintenance (CRM), and support for the participant management software.
As part of the respective project team, you’ll be familiar with the phases of a project and will take on specific areas of responsibility on your own.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
You can quickly get up to speed on complex issues and processes.
What you bring to the table:
a certificate of enrollment from a German university
Interested in a flexible part-time job
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
Native-level German and very good English skills
